A farm, cottage, estate or ski chalet may call for a particular season, light or viewpoint. Tell Pete what you want the image to capture and where you would like to display it.
Planning the work
What to include in your inquiry.
Send the location, a description of the subject, any timing preferences and the intended use. For artwork in a business or hospitality space, include the wall dimensions and the images that interest you.
Light and weather can shape a commission, including whether it needs more than one visit. Confirm the scope, travel arrangements, delivery and usage terms with Pete before proceeding.
Pete is based in Thornbury and works across South Georgian Bay, including Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Meaford and Creemore.

- Where can I see print prices?
- Open the print shop and select an image to see the available sizes, materials and current pricing. Check the order details in the shop before purchasing.
- How much does a photography commission cost?
- Commissions are quoted individually. Share the location, the subject and how you hope to use or display the photograph. Pete can then discuss whether the project suits his work and what it would involve.
- Can I commission an aerial photograph?
- Yes. Aerial photography can be part of a selected commission. The location, flight restrictions, weather and desired image all affect what is possible.
- What is included in a commission?
- The finished work, intended use, timing and price need to be agreed for your project. Discuss print requirements or any proposed digital use when you inquire.
- Can a business license an existing image?
- Ask Pete about the photograph and describe the intended use, including where it will appear and for how long. Licensing is discussed individually.
